Panda Rock is a Discord bot for Rust Console Edition community servers. Features are gated by subscription tier (Free, Pro, Enterprise). Subscriptions are managed via Tip4Serv.
Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time through Tip4Serv. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of purchase for first-time subscribers who find the bot does not work as described for their server setup. To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of purchase via email or our support Discord with your order ID.

Panda Rock may only be used on community servers you own or administrate. Reselling, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass tier restrictions is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance and G-Portal/Discord API outages are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Panda Rock stores Discord user IDs, linked Rust gamertags, and gameplay statistics (kills, coins, homes) to provide its services. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. Data is stored on the bot's hosting server and is deleted when a server removes the bot.
Payment data is handled entirely by Tip4Serv and Stripe/PayPal — Panda Rock never sees or stores credit card information.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
